Slightly hungover from pub visit (Charlotte, Claire and Noia (sp) )

Cleared bins and bits of rubbish from yard...into van.
Bought a batch of stamps for £96 at the Hoole Post Office and then went for bike ride into town to look at charity shops, not much around in chester but got 10 for £5 so maintaining the low costs.

Very hot day, watched some cricket, England doing well 258/2 on 1st day at 16.37
Chiselled out the concrete hearth for the old gas fire.

Not many books sold so I have feelings of concern rather than thinking...its just a slow period, it will pick up...it always does. The nagging fear that i'll have thousands of unsold books is always there.

Also a bit worried about Charlotte coming home, she is very tired and unhappy at the moment and i'm nervous about her and 'our' happiness...how to sustain that over an evening.
